Technical Service Laboratory
The Eraquimicos laboratory has a focus on detailed documentation, quality control and product innovation and development of the industries we supply. In this way we can evaluate and measure the quality of the products made in our plant, always looking for the satisfaction and confidence of our customers.
Our laboratory team reinforces the quality of our services, giving technical support to the staff in the field, performing more exhaustive tests to ensure the quality of our own products, and making developments to the extent that the client needs, adapting to their specific needs.
Always seeking a degree of excellence, our equipment and processes maintain a constant calibration in compliance with ASTM INTERNATIONAL standards.

Field service
The Technical Service in the field, allows our clients to minimize costly repairs and loss of time, giving notice of small failures before they occur and become complicated situations.
Our team of field technicians is in charge of making programmed visits to our clients to ensure that the products are operating in optimum conditions.
Some of their routine activities are:
- Monitoring concentrations
- Keeping the product in correct concentrations.
- Keeping the deposits clean
- Keeping a record of the product's behaviour and additions for better control.
- Supporting system cleaning
- Providing technical advice on the correct use of the product, sharing safety measures and ways of saving to avoid losses.
